Tunisia, Hammamet,
From 11-25-2010 to 12-05-2010

Entitled "Tunis, Euro-Mediterranean capital of culture", this Tunis first encounters program aims to organize two major events : the Euromedinculture Network Forum from 25th to 29th November 2010 and the Mediterranean Music Therapy first days from 1th to 5th December 2010, coinciding with the 20th scientific sessions of music therapy.

This forum will be an opportunity in order to allow professional exchanges about participants practices and experiences, assist the establishment of partnerships and multilateral cultural cooperation projects, engage sustainable multicultural relations based on exchange of experiences but also to encourage the establishment or creation of common cultural productions.
As part of the celebration of 2010 as International Year of Youth, the Forum will analyze the debates that will be incurred about the place of youth in the Euro-Mediterranean cultural space and the culture on formal and informal education systems.

Targets & objectives
The Invest in Med programme aims at developing sustainable trade relationships, investments and enterprise partnerships between the two rims of the Mediterranean. Funded at 75% by the European Union over the 2008-2011 period, it is implemented by the MedAlliance consortium, which associates economic development organisations (ANIMA, leader of the programme), CCIs (ASCAME, EUROCHAMBRES), and business federations (BUSINESSMED). The members of these networks, as well as their special partners (UNIDO, GTZ, EPA Euroméditerranée, World Bank, etc.), gather a thousand of economic actors - mobilised through pilot initiatives centered on key Mediterranean promising niches. Each year, a hundred operations associate the 27 countries of the European Union and 9 Mediterranean partner countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Syria and Tunisia. www.invest-in-med.eu
