Short term individual staff exchange

This exchange in the short term, provided by Ms. Benharbet Fatima-Zahra, Secretary General of the CGEM the MEDEF, aimed to gain an overview of the operation, service delivery challenges and develop a close working with our counterpart North.
During her mission, Ms. Benharbet participated in workshops coordinated by the players MEDEF:
- Exchange on the management of decentralized networks with a visit to the Employers' Union of VAR (Thursday, February 19, travel to Toulon) and a meeting in Paris with Elizabeth Galibert, President of MEDEF Béziers. These exchanges have led to the identification of best practices to use on issues of management members (development of local services and networking)
- Work on activities to support member companies: meeting with the support cell TPE / PME (Celine Micouin), meeting with company management (Eric Ingargiola) meets with Management Economics (Agnes Lépinay, Director).
- Exchange on the development of international activities: Presentation MEDEF International and his team present the Directorate of MEDEF Europe: meeting with André-Luc Molinier, Deputy Director in charge of the European Union - Directorate for Relations with Governments
- Exchange on the production of cutting tools: meeting with the pole and web marketing (Isabelle Mariano, Deputy Director). Interview with Béatrice Tonus, Deputy Director Corporate Communications / Press.
Finally, this mission was the opportunity to organize a press conference: "The situation and prospects of the Moroccan economy in the context of the Union for the Mediterranean and the global financial crisis" in the presence of Mrs. Jouahri Abdellatif, Governor Central Bank and Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Chairman of the CGEM (General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises).

The Invest in Med programme aims at developing sustainable trade relationships, investments and enterprise partnerships between the two rims of the Mediterranean. Funded at 75% by the European Union over the 2008-2011 period, it is implemented by the MedAlliance consortium, which associates economic development organisations (ANIMA, leader of the programme), CCIs (ASCAME, EUROCHAMBRES), and business federations (BUSINESSMED). The members of these networks, as well as their special partners (UNIDO, GTZ, EPA Euroméditerranée, World Bank, etc.), gather a thousand of economic actors - mobilised through pilot initiatives centered on key Mediterranean promising niches.
