Marinas in Med
This operation is attached to the initiative : Euromediterranean Tourist Investment Network (ETINET)
Organization of a business meeting between the marinas and equipment manufacturers and suppliers of the marinas to promote new investment, the appearance of innovative products, the establishment of associations between marinas and the setting of quality standards for the Mediterranean. Augmentation des flux d'investissement vers les Marinas de la région ; mise en relation entre les marinas, les ports de plaisance et les prestataires de services (banques, assurances, formation, environnement) et fournisseurs du secteur nautique pour créer des synergies, des contacts, des transactions et des investissements.
To promote investment in marinas in the Mediterranean. Establish standards of quality and sustainability. To promote partnerships and networking between the marinas in the region.

The Invest in Med programme aims at developing sustainable trade relationships, investments and enterprise partnerships between the two rims of the Mediterranean. Funded at 75% by the European Union over the 2008-2011 period, it is implemented by the MedAlliance consortium, which associates economic development organisations (ANIMA, leader of the programme), CCIs (ASCAME, EUROCHAMBRES), and business federations (BUSINESSMED). The members of these networks, as well as their special partners (UNIDO, GTZ, EPA Euroméditerranée, World Bank, etc.), gather a thousand of economic actors - mobilised through pilot initiatives centered on key Mediterranean promising niches. Each year, a hundred operations associate the 27 countries of the European Union and 9 Mediterranean partner countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Syria and Tunisia.
