'Second place' is the first exhibition of real estate and secondary homes in Belgium with over 100 exhibitors from several countries.
This year, Morocco will be honored with a dedicated pavilion. The Moroccan Pavilion, targeting European customers and Moroccans residing abroad (MRE), will make visitors discover the richness and diversity of the housing market in the Kingdom.
Place of trade and meeting place, this event will enable national property developers to understand the public expectations, identify new market guidelines and present the potential for property investment in Morocco.
A Moroccan Pavilion brings together the key players and decision makers of real estate and second homes in Morocco. It offers the opportunity to open up and to be present in growth markets, with the meeting of MRE in these regions as well as Europeans.

The Invest in Med programme aims at developing sustainable trade relationships, investments and enterprise partnerships between the two rims of the Mediterranean. Funded at 75% by the European Union over the 2008-2011 period, it is implemented by the MedAlliance consortium, which associates economic development organisations (ANIMA, leader of the programme), CCIs (ASCAME, EUROCHAMBRES), and business federations (BUSINESSMED). The members of these networks, as well as their special partners (UNIDO, GTZ, EPA Euroméditerranée, World Bank, etc.), gather a thousand of economic actors - mobilised through pilot initiatives centered on key Mediterranean promising niches.
