Technical courses on BSO management

12 regional directors, communications managers, quality managers or project leaders, representing various businesses and organizations of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) went to Paris from 15 to 19 March 2009 to meet their French counterparts . Assafrica & Mediterraneo Association-dedicated to the Mediterranean region, Africa and Middle East among the 255 Associations of the General Confederation of Italian Industry (Confindustria) was also involved in this training session.
Training was provided by 8 MEDEF experts on issues of internal and external communications, event planning, crisis management Social, implementation of new pay services network management régionau. A visit was organized within the representation of the MEDEF in the Hauts-de-Seine. The panel members were also able to attend the monthly meeting bringing together permanent members of MEDEF.
This operation allow :
 Provide recommendations for the introduction of new services within the CGEM
 To start a consortium working with counterparts at the MEDEF
 Identify training, expertise, skills available and reproducible within the CGEM
Develop personal knowledge of officials in the departments concerned by potential partnerships CGEM / MEDEF, "bridgehead" to build long-term partnership

The Invest in Med programme aims at developing sustainable trade relationships, investments and enterprise partnerships between the two rims of the Mediterranean. Funded at 75% by the European Union over the 2008-2011 period, it is implemented by the MedAlliance consortium, which associates economic development organisations (ANIMA, leader of the programme), CCIs (ASCAME, EUROCHAMBRES), and business federations (BUSINESSMED). The members of these networks, as well as their special partners (UNIDO, GTZ, EPA Euroméditerranée, World Bank, etc.), gather a thousand of economic actors - mobilised through pilot initiatives centered on key Mediterranean promising niches. Each year, a hundred operations associate the 27 countries of the European Union and 9 Mediterranean partner countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Syria and Tunisia. www.invest-in-med.eu
